Control at All Production Stages
• incoming control of rolled metal products and welding materials against certificates and normative documentation;
• equipment control against engineering precision;
• visual and dimensional control of manufactured semi-finished products;
• 100% functional visual and dimensional control of steel structures during assembling and welding processes;
• 100% visual and dimensional control of welds:
• ultrasonic and radiographic control, vacuum control, excessive pressure control, dye penetration control of welds;
• surface treatment and corrosive protection control;
• shipment control according to the stowage pattern.
Manufactured products obtain registration and quality certificates.


All products are certified in accordance with the requirements of normative documentation of the National certification system UkrSEPRO and the European requirements EN 1090.
The fulfillment of the most stringent welding process requirements is certified by the Conformance certificates EN 729 part 2 / ISO 3834 Part 2 “Quality requirements for welding - Fusion welding of metallic materials - Part 2: Comprehensive quality requirements.”
The fulfillment of the European in-plant control requirements is certified by the Conformance certificate EN 1090-1 “Execution of steel structures and aluminium structures - Part 1: Requirements for conformity assessment of structural components.”

The company has implemented and operates the quality management system ISO 9001-2008, which is certified by the Conformance certificate, issued by the German certification body TUV NORD.

The fixed period internal audits are conducted in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2008. The inspections are carried out by trained auditors in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 19011-2002, whose qualification is confirmed by the Certificates, issued by TUV NORD.

Works Laboratory
The plant has a central works laboratory equipped in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents to conduct mechanical and non-destructive tests.
The laboratory is equipped with the modern equipment and tools for carrying out the necessary tests in an enterprise environment.
Equipment CPL allows carrying out of such testing: tensile test; toughness determination test (at temperatures of 20 °, -20 °, -40 °, -70 °); test on the determination of the mechanical toughness after strain ageing; bend-over test; measuring Vickers, Rockwell and Brinell hardness; radiographic, ultrasonic and liquid penetration tests.
The laboratory tests are performed by trained competent personnel whose qualification meets the requirements of EN ISO 9712.

As of today 1,200 tons of steel structures for the construction of new safe confinement of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant have been shipped. All terms on the contract are met, no reclamations.

The modernization of the gas-plasma facility, released in 2011, has been carried out for the purpose of expansion of production capacity.

Shipment of tanks to Kazakhstan has been completed. The contract has been executed on time and without reclamations from the customer.
